ASK PRITHIVI AI is a digital SaaS and learning service. No physical product is shipped, and no shipping charge applies.

Free plan delivery

The Free plan is made available after successful Google sign-in and automatic account creation, subject to account and security checks.

Paid plan activation

Pro or Agency access is activated after Razorpay confirms the subscription and payment. The updated plan appears inside the signed-in ASK PRITHIVI AI workspace after verification.

Delivery problems

If a payment succeeds but the paid plan does not appear, refresh the signed-in workspace once and contact admin@askprithivi.in with the registered account email and Razorpay payment reference. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or password.

Service requirements

You need a supported web browser, an internet connection and access to the Google account used for sign-in. Temporary provider, bank or network delays may affect the time required to verify a payment.
