Information we collect

Google sign-in provides your name, email address and profile photo. We also process your plan, learning progress, chats, preferences, subscription references, usage records and security events required to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the mentor, personalise learning, retrieve relevant knowledge, maintain chat history, enforce plan limits, deliver support, prevent abuse, improve answer quality and manage billing.

Chat and AI processing

Your messages and the minimum relevant context may be sent to configured AI and retrieval providers to generate an answer. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or information that you are not authorised to share.

Temporary file uploads

Uploaded files are validated and held temporarily for the requested analysis. Temporary local and provider-side copies are scheduled for deletion after processing or expiry. A document is retained only when a separate save feature is explicitly used and permitted.

Payments

Razorpay processes payment methods. ASK PRITHIVI AI stores provider references, subscription status, invoice information and billing profile fields needed for support, reconciliation and applicable tax records. We do not store full card or UPI credentials.

Cookies and security

Essential cookies keep your sign-in and security session active. We use access controls, encrypted transport, rate limits and audit records to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Chat history follows the retention included with your plan. Temporary uploads expire automatically. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of eligible personal information. Certain billing, fraud-prevention, security and accounting records may be retained when required by law or legitimate operational obligations.

Third-party services

Google provides authentication, configured AI providers process requested AI tasks, and Razorpay processes payments. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective privacy terms.

Your choices

You may stop using the service, sign out, delete eligible chats and request account or privacy assistance through the official contact details below.
